Michelle Foley

Program Director

Michelle Foley is a systems-change practitioner who anchors her work in authentic relationships and collaboration. She brings over a decade of experience developing and scaling collective impact networks, with a focus on bridging the opportunity gap and accelerating economic mobility. Prior to joining the ResearchEd team, Michelle was the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Advising Success Network at NASPA--Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, where she managed the development and delivery of technical assistance services to over 250 institutions engaged in holistic advising redesign, in partnership with six national higher education-serving organizations. Her experiences working across the U.S. Department of State, U.S. House of Representatives, think-tanks and national non-profits, have strengthened her skillset working with cross-sector partners to address issues of social policy. 


She holds a master's in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor of arts in political science from McGill University. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, she is fluent in Turkish and a student of Spanish, Russian, and American Sign Language.
